INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces of Leon’s National Deli sliced pastrami
2 slices pumpernickel bread
2 ounces of Leon’s National Deli mustard
Dill pickle slices
Yellow onion slices
2 ounces sweet cole slaw

Ingredients for Sweet Cole Slaw
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
16 ounces coleslaw mix

DIRECTIONS FOR SANDWICH:
Spread Leon’s National Deli mustard on both slices of pumpernickel bread.
Add Leon’s National Deli pastrami and top with dill pickle, yellow onion and cole slaw.


DIRECTIONS FOR SWEET COLE SLAW:
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery salt, and poppy seeds in a large bowl.
Toss well with cole slaw mix.
Chill at least 4 hours to let the cabbage soften and the flavors combine.
The longer it chills the better.
